We have immediate openings for experienced Chemical and Biotech patent attorneys. Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, BioChemistry, Pharmacology, or related scientific discipline. Advanced degree and/or pharmaceutical and drug development experience is preferable

We are seeking motivated candidates with excellent credentials and 2-plus years of experience. Patent prosecution and litigation experience is preferable. The ideal candidate for this partnership-track position will have established client base and 5-plus years of patent law experience.

The position entails direct client contact and all phases of patent practice, including preparation and prosecution of patent applications, litigation, reexaminations, interferences, licensing, and client counseling.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
